Hello!

We are very excited to be the new, proud owners of Sam’s Deli and Uncorked. We have been seasonal residents in Eastham for many years and have come to love visiting Sam’s for the amazing food. We look forward to continuing the Sam’s tradition and offering all of everyone’s favorites. We know you have a favorite — don’t worry — it will be here!

We are happy and grateful that just about all the staff is coming back, including all the cooks, helping us make sure we don’t miss a beat. We also have our daughter Meaghan and son-in-law Sean joining us, making it a full family affair.

We are currently undergoing some required renovations but are looking forward to opening in mid April. We will update everyone with an opening date as we make progress with construction.

We would like to thank Heather and Pam for building this amazing place and trusting us to carry the tradition forward. We are looking forward to the 2019 season.
